One more painting done, Trixie and her lucky charms!
Monday I got attacked by a postal counter leaving my tattooed big toe in pain. Even worse I could not wear my leopard pumps as planned to my vernissage for the "De l'art à la censure" My usual posse was on hand: The lovely Velma Candyass, Sebastian owner of joytoyz, sultry radio mistress Miss Ginger, my muse Nadia, Roxie Hard-on, Moustachu maniac and a new addition, awsome tattoo artist Kathleen. We drank and giggled and bitched saw some nice art, met some cool people, came up with crazy painting names, drank some more and got our profesional asses home.

Where to start?.. F+art show was good lots of people in the morning mostly media which is always… awkward. I had my gang of beauty queen rejects with me, ahh my muses what would I do without you? The dead doll dancers where on hand to cause the usual debauchery/ comic relief to tired fashionolics and art lovers. A big thanks to Kafi Dublin for inviting me to participate.
Me and my posse (Nadia, Roxie Hard-on, Velma CandyAss)
My multi talented muse Miss Nadia, with her portrait.

The dirty show was awesome, I returned both enchanted and exhausted from Detroit .
I met lots of interesting people, the organizer Jerry Vile was a total sweetie pie. He also introduced me to legendary Detroit artist Pablo Davis, and also took some not so fabulous pictures of me and the artist, wow what an honor. If you haven't been to the dirty show, don't miss it next year.
If you would like more info on Pablo Davis go to:
www.pablodavis.com
More photos of the Dirty Show 7 to follow, as soon as I get ‘em.

The Exhibition was good I had a lot of invited guest come, a quietish lot of about 20-25! By 8:30 I was ready for my bed (and getting my feet out of those pointy 6 inch heals!). The feedback was positive, it's always funny to see how people often like different paintings than the artist. I will post pictures of the exhibition as soon as I get them. Thanks again for all of those who came.
I have updated my gallery so you can see and buy the new paintings.
I am now updating this site by my self so I 'm still learning how to do things, I'm still trying to figure out how to make thumbnails work so be patient, anyone wanting a larger picture of painting , simply contact me.
August 9, 2005
